my daily workout

DAB and I are taking a 12-day trip to Europe at the end of April. We’re going to Copenhagen, Berlin, Budapest, and Salzburg. We’re going to be doing a lot of walking, so I need to be in shape. My goal is to run at least a mile every day, working my way up to running a 5K before we go (registered for April 14!). I’ll track my progress here.
